In my role as an Administrator of GOALL’s Trainual, I manage the platform’s functionality to streamline training processes, providing efficient learning solutions for all team members.

Additionally, I support licensed agents by addressing their certification-related needs, offering timely solutions to ensure they remain compliant and well-equipped in their roles. My responsibilities also extend to administrative tasks, including documentation management and other essential operations, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
